Christal Spel

Christal Spel is a researcher and lecturer, affiliated to the Social and Public Policy Unit, Department of Social Research, University of Helsinki, Finland. She holds a Ph.D. in Social and Public Policy from the University of Helsinki, Finland, and an MSc in Development and International Cooperation from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. She is also the founder and chairperson of YEPP Ry, a youth development not-for-profit organization in Helsinki, Finland.
