Tichaone Dande

Tichaona started his career as a secondary school teacher before joining the corporate world. He has lived and worked in Botswana, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Finland in various companies including T-Mobile and Amazon.com. Tichaona has multi-disciplinary background and skill sets. His experience in the corporate world helped him develop skills as an accomplished team leader, strategist, innovator and negotiator. After many years of work in the corporate world, he decided to pivot his career. Tichaona relocated to Finland to pursue further studies in International Law, Global Politics, Business Administration, and Development studies completing three master’s degrees and a Graduate diploma. Upon completing his studies, he decided to revive his childhood entrepreneurship dream. Partnering with Pekka, AfriKonekta was born. Tichaona brings a global perspective to AfriKonekta, uniquely qualified to make significant contributions in Tech & Innovation, HR, Product Design & Development, Operations, Customer Success and Business Strategy.
