The Question of Integration – A collection of poetry, interviews, proverbs, art and stories from the Diaspora in Finland

A single bracelet does not jingle.

What is your integration story? Inspired by the topics of integration and culture which were presented during Think Africa Week 2022, a few creatives and performers were asked to share their stories which have been bundled together in this nice read. This collection produced by Singer-Songwriter Ondiso Madete presents a space to explore, discover, and engage with diaspora creatives and performers living in Finland.

She opens her heart as wide as the stretch of her arms

But a cold wall stands between us;
